About
Short version:
How I get my view of everything you’ll read about: by living in a penthouse (of sorts) and surfing the wide, wide web checking things out.
Long Version:
So, I like to keep up with what’s going on, to put it generally. No, I’m not super socially inclined (nor un-inclinded), but I do like to know what’s going on in the world, be it national and international news, trends, the weather, opposing ideas, great books, fun events, the arts, education, politics, and life in general. And as of late- design!! I believe in living in a bubble-free world, meaning that I want to neither live in a cocoon of my own life nor be left out of other things’ or peoples’ bubbles. I find a great deal of entertainment and educational value in “stretching your horizons” and being abrest- or at least informed- in many subjects. I am so confused by the line I hear all the time, “you mean you like art (music) and science?!?” but I imagine that if I told them what else I’m interested in then they would be the confused one.
To quote the world: variety is the spice of life. I guess that makes me a spice-seeker. What’s better than thinking about how cool the title of “spice seeker” would look on my resume is the fascination and ever-accumulating knowledge that this interest/way-of-life affords me. No, it has not given me great riches with which I purchased my penthouse, but it has given me lots of pleasure and knowledge, some of which I hope to share in this blog. So sit back and relax as your personal spice-seeker presents “the view (of everything and anything) from my penthouse.”
