Intriguing things
Here are a few things that look awesome and fresh but wouldn’t necessarily fit in with my “style.” Cool none the less.
I could see this rocking lounge chair by Lawnge on a rooftop deck at the City Museum in St. Louis, actually.

This is weird looking, even for Fluffy.
Pickup stick table? It’s actually by Alessi…interesting. The randomness is pretty cool and depending on the room that it’s in could either look too busy or stylishly funky.

This couch-ish thing, on the other hand, is super funky to the point that I don’t like it much, but it sure is different! It is aptly named the Lava Sofa.
Cor furniture takes lounging into another level, by introducing their new Lava Sofa. The generously designed elements can be arranged in playful ways: crosswise, parallel or stacked, with each variation appealing to the user’s imagination and creative joy. The Lava Sofa Lounge is furniture, landscape, and sculpture, unusual in its uses, unique in its design.

If you really want to be wild, put your Lava Sofa on this Pollock-inspired rug. The contrast of the rug’s black and white color is what makes this splatter-filled ruge such a statement.
